Pi Phi DID NOT give snap bids, flat lie but I know for a FACT that Kappa did COB in the spring as did Pi Phi & many others but I don't blame kappa for trying to put down other houses with all of their drama over the rent-a-deb-for-a-night party that I read about and the fact that the new kappa pledge class won't be able to live in an actual sorority house let's see how that works out lololol
