aoii, agd, a phi, g phi, dg, and axo are all common houses that do COB but you never know, pi phi had a few in the spring semester due to graduates, it just depends on retention rate really. I think spring rush is better personally because theres more of a change of an open spot with girls graduating. Also nationals might not let them COB.
