Have your mom help. She can tell all her friends (from the neighborhood, church, facebook, etc.) that you're needing recommendations. Also if you have some recommendations, ask the people who wrote them if they have friends in the houses you're missing. Also, if you haven't already asked your teachers, they're a good source of college ladies who would be happy to write recs for you.
