When I was struggling to find rec letters last year I had a family friends tell me this process. Find a Panhellenic association nearest you. Most of the websites offer a local contact email for each sorority and you just email them your situation about how you are struggling to find letters and kindly ask if they could put you in contact with someone who would be willing to write you a recommendation letter. Most of the women will gladly will put you in contact with someone and answer very quickly. For example let’s just say you live in Tulsa, google Panhellenic Association Tulsa and maybe add “recommendation letters” or “local contacts” after you type the first part. Let me know if this helps.
