They def have a lot of work ahead of them. They have grown considerably (easy pledge process helps with that), they’ve rechartered, got their house back, got 2nd in U-Sing, and made Scandals as well. Think they also won the most money raised during soonerthon for a fraternity their size ~100. In terms of momentum, they definitely have an argument for climbing up quickly, whether or not they can sustain that is entirely other question. Any fraternity would be pleased with the results that pike has managed to capture the past year, but this really has only been one year, so you have to take it with a grain of salt. A knock on them is actually the quick growth. Because of the easy pledge process, quality over quantity has definitely been an issue for them. Up n coming, TONS of work ahead.
