Depends how overweight you are honestly. If you’re a lil pudgy, I wouldn’t worry but if you are biggest loser size, then I would say to not even put yourself in the rush process. I’m sorry but there’s no point in rushing when all of your cuts and invites back will be solely biased upon your weight.
