Pi Phi doesn't have a sleeping porch either, clearly you are confused on a few things. They have always been a top 5 house. Kappa is a great house, but their pledge class is chosen before recruitment begins. Try to get your facts right before you rage on--you give your house away! Theta hasn't fallen from anything-they won the president's trophy the last two years and this year was runner up.
