I copied this from the other A Phi racism thread. I don't know if you saw it there or not, but it addresses your concern. "From dictionary.com: "journalist is a writer or editor for a news medium." Therefore a writer for the Daily is a journalist. Slander is oral (not written) and must be false and malicious. Suggesting that people read an article that makes you sad because no one is apologizing for bad behavior isn't even libel (written statement that's false and malicious). This has obviously hit a raw nerve in the person posting above. I hope that means that she is sincerely sorry that her house (I assume she's from that house since she's so passionate) has behaved like this in the past. Maybe that's the way her consciousness has been raised. If so, this website been a success." As for the other houses, I know that all the top houses have African American actives. No house is without problems, but generally racism isn't one of them. That's what made this newsworthy.
