This is not quite right... Theta, Kappa, DDD and Pi Phi are Top Tier but this is changing and many don't consider DDD and Pi Phi top tier but I would at this point. Maybe there are two top tiers- top tier and bottom top tier?? Chi-O, AXO and Alpha Phi are Top Middle Tier GPhi and DG are Bottom Middle Tier AGD and AOPi are Bottom Tier In no world is Chi-O top tier! And the top tier is changing because of all the issues going on!! Girls are tired of the petty HS mean girl drama some of these houses have and then the DDD stuff has them dropping b/c nobody wants to associate with them...it's sad but the truth.
