You'll love joining a legacy house. Your mom will be involved with initiation and it will be very special to you both. If you find that you don't really mesh with your house, that's okay. Make other friends. Sorority chapters are only for the time you're in college (and believe me there are plenty of other things to do in college!!!) and after that you'll be an alum with your mom. And you might even like the girls better after they have time to grow up! So go for it!
