That's what some people who aren't affiliated with the greek system think. Unfortunately, if you get all the houses you ranked highly back the second day, then get dropped by all of them the next day, you could end up without any houses. It probably doesn't happen often, but did happen to a friend. She had low grades but my house (and I guess many others) gave her a courtesy invite back after open house. The next day we dropped her and so did everyone else. I don't think it's common, but it's not nice to mislead PNMs and tell them it can't happen.
