Yes, COB happens after bid day. That’s why it’s called Continuos Open Bidding. If you dropped out of rush or suicided and did not get a bid, you can let the Greek Life office know you’re interested in COB and they will pass your info along to the chapters who are eligible. They may or may not contact you though.
