If you didn't sign a bid card you can COB. Fall, Spring, whenever... Why wait until spring? But only half of the groups are eligible to COB girls. And most don't do it openly. Some their nationals won't let them. Others the nationals require it. But your options aren't likely to have changed. All the houses are great. You can't see that during the show. But if you gave it a chance it would probably have worked out for you. You could have enjoyed your bid day. I know girls in all groups that truly enjoy and are grateful for their sisterhood.
