I believe as long as you did not sign a bid card you should be eligible for COB. A very good question to ask your RG. Usually only 1 or 2 groups are doing COB openly. About 5 groups are eligible, but most groups only have a few spots in the fall they fill with friends of in-house girls quietly. AGD is still rebuilding since this is only their 2nd rush with a house. Their older PCs might be small. So they would probably be doing COB openly. But they have been doing really well with their last PCs. So nothing is certain.
