You carelessly disregard offers of sisterhood as if they meant nothing at all to the people who called you... They were special. But those offers are gone. And sounds like you will be missing out on bid day. I really hope you see your friends enjoying their sisterhood and can come to appreciate what ALL the sororities at OU offer. The same groups that called you will likely be the same groups doing COB. Won't know for sure for a few weeks. But your options won't have changed and you missed bid day for no reason. I am sorry if someone gave you a wrong impression on how this works. But the fact that you had multiple offers post pref is not the norm. And you may have missed out on something truly special. I wish you luck. And am truly sorry you missed out on this special day.
