You should really ask someone from Pan. But... it doesn't increase your chances that I know of. You would still need to be at the top of that groups list to get a bid either way. It just means you won't get a bid to the other house. If you were not at the top of either groups bid list you MIGHT get your first choice if you maximize your options. I don't see a scenario where suiciding ever helps you. But if you don't plan to accept a bid to group B, by all means do it. The girls at these houses are excited to see you on bid day. Like really excited. The house you got a bid to actually wants you. That should make you feel good. So in my mind better that you just drop than no show.
