No one in their right mind puts chi o that low.. AXO is literally known for almost Chi o’s. They are at least known for ranking higher than dg and AXO. DG is too high. They are low middle. Put pi phi in your top tier. Alpha phi should be above DG, top mid. And after last years recruitment, theta should not be top.
