Every sorority at OU wants to win the President's Trophy. This year Kappa won and deserves to be congratulated by all. There are many other awards and opportunities to place and be recognized. Every sorority at OU wins something every year (every week there is the opportunity to win something). The President's Trophy is the TOP award. The recognition awards recognize a sorority did outstanding in one category, not necessarily that they're one of the highest placing sororities in the competition. The runner up was Theta ( they won last year). No other overall places are announced, anyone suggesting otherwise is uniformed, incorrect or misrepresenting themselves. The only accurate way the top sororities are determined is by the girls during recruitment. 5 houses are consistently the ones PNM want to be members of. During recruitment these houses have their pick of the best PNMs. Some houses wish to be the ones the PMN's desire but they aren't--so they get on this site and bash the girls in the top houses, and use any kind of recognition to attempt to convince girls they are a top house. Most of the houses listed above are top houses, but not all are. However, all are great houses to be a part of!! Please stop using the prestigious President's Trophy as a tool to promote yourself and just say congrats to Kappa!! They have done a great job this year. Their house alone is the winner---are they the top house? maybe--but the fact is they won no one else did!!! Congratulations KKG
