I respect your opinion, but disagree with you. If it's sisterhood and happiness,I believe it's Top Tier:AGD,AOPI,DG,Pi Phi,ChiO,APhi,Kappa,TriDelta BottomTier:Alpha Chi,Theta,Gamma Phi I listed in no particular order. What matters is that girls in each house are happy, not what other houses think. I just know several houses have rumored sisterhood issues.
