COB is an informal, private process. It's very possible for you to sign up with Greek Life office and never hear anything from any chapter. Chapters who have more than a handful of openings will have a few invitation-only events where the COB pnms can get to know the actives. Chapters who have only 1-2 openings may directly give bids to women who are very close friends with actives - i.e., a roommate who always hangs out with that pledge class. The blunt truth is that you just gave up your best chance of joining a sorority. Chances are the houses you had left will be doing COB and the ones that cut you won't magically be interested in you next week.
