The girl who wrote the tearjerker above has a couple of things very wrong. First, the houses choose which girls they want --- there is no artificial limit (like 935 "spots"). New member classes will be the number of girls going to at least one pref party divided by 11. No girls are dropped because of numbers. She also said she had only "the worst sorority" left. Thank goodness she doesn't name which house that was, but she was being hateful. All our sororities are filled with amazing girls. And to be honest, those girls (the ones in the "worst sorority") were the only ones who wanted her as their sister more than they wanted any other girls. She sounds like she has an inflated sense of her own desirability and that she thinks that all the houses should have been competing for her. But apparently she wasn't as desired as she thought she would be. But she did find one house where she could have been happy. She just threw it away because she was stuck up and believed all the gossip she read on here.
