There will always be 5-6 houses each semester who can do COR if the want (or if their nationals let them). Total is set at median membership numbers. (There is math involved) I would not wait for next year or semester. Your options may be the same anyway. Why waste time you could be bonding with your sisters? And you can be part of the same PC as most of your friends. The Panhellenic will have sign up for informal / COR. Because some groups have more limited spots it doesn't hurt to ask friends who are in or who join a sorority. They will know by week 2 of school if their group is participating. But do both for the best chances. Good luck!
