The only houses that will recruit are those whose nationals make them do it. Apparently it's kind of a hassle and our nationals doesn't allow it thank goodness! Anyways houses that make quota (which all of them did I think) will only take the number of girls that graduated early or moved to OKC for nursing or something. So you need to get to know girls in all the houses and let them know you are interested. They might only take one or two new members so you need to be sure they take a look at you.
