KAT is a top house because they win grades and practically everything else. They get the top girls each year. PBP is pretty irrelevant after recruitment. Most of the time they're at the bottom of the top tier because of their reputations. A lot of the top girls with good reputations go DDD or GPB and that leaves PBP to take the top girls without great reputations. Some years they place in several activities but lots of years they aren't outstanding at all. KAT is always outstanding. KKG, of course, takes a completely different kind of girl. Does that help?
