Chi O hasn't been a part of the top tier since at least the early 2000s. I have had an aunt and 3 cousins go through OU and we were talking about how things had changed 4th of July. At no time was Chi O ever considered top or even some weird middle-top whatever that is. A Phi has always been considered lower middle or bottom. Sorry but G Phi has always been considered a top to right out of the top on a bad year. I'm tired of the whole bash G Phi thing. They're a great house. Get over it.
