Every house puts their best foot forward during recruitment. I agree that recruitment should include all the girls and you shouldn't discriminate against your sisters that you don't find attractive, but everyone puts their best recruiters on the girls they want most etc. If a girl chooses a house because the girls are prettier than girls in a different house pretty much deserve what they get in my opinion. You should be looking for content of character rather than just looks.
