OK, to me the weird thing is that Chi O hasn't been a top house in forever. My cousin graduated in 2007 and my sister graduated in 2012. I asked them about Chi O and they just kinda laughed. They said they were ok but had a social climbing reputation. So it just seems weird that they keep doing it.
