This has nothing to do with anything. Even if you know your own rates you don't know every other house's. Also, return rates don't tell you much. Not all houses are inviting the same girls. So for example, Chi O might have a higher return rate than Pi Phi because Chi O is inviting girls who would rather go there than the lowest house at OU which they STILL have on their list.
