im an OOS student and active at a top tier house. my gpa was a 3.1 but I was rushed hard by literally every desired house and thought I would have my pick. turns out all my connections wasn't enough due to the gpa alone being "too low" compared to other girls. I got my dream house but only had them left at pref. I was the only grade risk in my house because that's how badly they wanted me. moral of the story is if you have below a 3.4 then HAVE STRONG CONNECTIONS because you will be cut regardless of how pretty/popular/fun you might think you are. it doesn't matter unless you have more than half the sorority pulling for you #TRUTH
