It's Washington University in St. Louis (my cousin goes there and she would die if she saw what you just tried to call it), and Kappa has been going downhill there for a few years. She's in another top chapter and they (and the rest of campus, GDIs included) laugh at how desperate and catty the girls are. Also, WashU and Georgetown should not be included on that list. Their Greek Life and culture are so different that it's laughable. I see you trying to make your case Kappa and it's pathetic.
