I have been inundated with questions about Ole Miss' zero tolerance hazing policy but don't have a good answer. An active member was arrested and charged with hazing pledges on the campus. His fraternity kicked him out of organization. But the school has not disciplined him or the fraternity. I understand there are legal issues that will go through court but this is a school policy. Is this being swept under the rug? Does this invite a civil suit against University?
