If anyone "published" materials seriously defaming and humiliating, it was the girl herself. She has thousands of followers on a very public site. If she was posting potential humiliating materials, she could have at the very least made her site private. She didn't because she welcomed the attention. Just like celebrities, if you want to live in the limelight, there is a price to pay.
