No it isn't "what they do." Bama, LSU, FSU .... all recent comparable school colonizations where they gave bids up to average chapter size. Something is definitely fishy here when they only have 1/3 of what they should and said they were going to to the PNMs at their initial meeting. People may be feeling sorry for Alpha Phi, but it's not for the reasons you're saying. LOL
