No they aren't. They moved a bit up in the bottom tier but continue to be in the bottom just like they've always been. Only reason they moved up a little was their nationals came down and made them start recruiting hot girls who had reputation issues. So they get better looking members but have no respect. They're a disaster in the state of Texas.
