Somebody didn't do their homework. Mississippi residents are only required to have a 2.5 gpa and a 16 on their act. Non-mississippi residents must have a 2.75 gpa and a 22 on their act. It is harder for oos students to be admitted. They have to be smarter than mississippi students.
