I agree Phi Mu isn't good nationally, only in the south...and not even everywhere in the south. They have bad chapters at some schools. My sister's chapter at wake forest closed because they were so bad they couldn't get the numbers they needed. Phi Mu is great here and in certain other regions but I feel like they're hit or miss nationally.
