I would say the four that are consistently top tier (outside the south) 1) PIPHI 2) DG 3) APHI 4) XO That might make you girls angry BUT the thing is that a lot of your top sororities are bottom tier everywhere else because they put so much emphasise on the southern chapters. In turn everything is completely opposite elsewhere. DDD KD and KKG are pretty awful at most campuses (they do have some strong outside of the south but I'm talking in general.)
