Pi Phi is definitely not rising, they're staying at the same level (sorry girls). Theta stays the same (they have some cute girls). Chi O is the same. .... Honestly everyone's PC is so good this year that I don't think anyone can really move around the ranks this year. The only houses that moved are DDD (decline a little) and ADPi (rise a little, above Theta now).
