Theta made nowhere near quota at 120 bids (vs quota at 142) so they most likely did give out snap bids I'm not a theta so I don't know for sure, but in that situation generally snap bids are offered and it seems like girls didn't take them if your "friend" didn't want theta then she is an elitist. no wonder no one wanted her...not even theta at snap bid time
