If a sorority doesn't make quota (never happens at ole miss) they can, but don't have to, offer bids to girls who have been released from recruitment. This will happen before bid day and they will open bid cards list like everyone else. What you will hear, only on this site of misinformed people, is that certain top sororities will be on the lawn of bottom tier houses offering snap bids on bid day. This scenario will be impossible. Once a girl receives a bid from any house, she is ineligible to receive a snap bid.
