The Top and Bottom never seem to change, but the middle shifts around. From reading this WHOLE site, you can tell that "Old Schoolers" like "Hotty Toddy" and "The real Top Tier" are feeling threatened by who they put at the bottom, because Pi Phi, no matter what you think, is no where near the bottom, and they know it.
