There is no way to get to know those 1,600 girls before rush. We look at those 1,600 girls and concentrate on the ones who have connections with actives and those who have alumni support. During rush, we get to vote on the girls we talk to. If I pick you up during a round and you have zero connections but I loved you, then I'll vote yes for you.
