The fines are real! PNM's are not held accountable, but the actives sure are! Trust me the judicial board is out there and can't wait to find violators! If a sorority can be fined for having a finger outside the door during a door stack, or fined for keeping a girl 2 seconds too long inside a house, then yes, if you are seen breaking the rules, you will be fined. Some sororities pay over $30,000 in rush fines. My sorority passes these fines on to the girls who violate the rules.
