1.) make sure you introduce yourself even if you have a name tag on. It shows good social skills. And don't forget names either 2.) don't be afraid to ask questions. It's a conversation not an interview 3.) don't brag on yourself. This is the time for them to get to know you, not your gpa and awards 4.) don't be afraid to initiate conversation. If someone doesn't immediately come up to you, go to them 5.) stay off you phone....seriously 6.) BREATHE.
