I would move Phi Delta out of top for sure. They are not bad but just not friendly or fun. Prob med tier for them! Sigma Chi seem to be struggling a little with the last two pledge classes. Kappa Sigma is the most fun and friendly. KA is ok kinda red neck but not that bad. These are the top to me but some better than others for different reasons.
