No one is going to tell you which houses have the "once cut, always cut" policy. None of your business. You screwed up badly by dropping out of rush last year, but that was certainly your choice. The 2 chapters that you had left will remember that you chose not to be Greek at all, rather than give them the chance that they were offering to you. You might have blown your chance at sorority life. You are damned lucky that Alpha Phi is coming to campus this year. If you have great grades, great campus involvement and a glowing recommendation, you can try rushing them. You will not receive a bid from the other houses on campus.
