The girl who texted you's sorority won't waste time on you if they think you're committed to wanting whatever house is commenting. However, it;s pretty common knowledge that one sorority in particular leaves these comments but then cuts 3/4 of the girls they did it to, so other sororities will know that. Bottom line: tell the girls who messaged you (who must like you if she is making sure you don't get cut just for being connected to another house) that you don't know why they're doing that and aren't thinking too much of it because you really like everyone you've met so far. Don't get yourself cut before you even get to campus for appearing too interested in just one house!
