I understand that it's a lot of money and the fact that it's Mississippi doesn't sound so prestigious, but this is an amazing school!! It's cliche, but there is a family feel here. Professors care (not all, but you can't be perfect), people are nice, and you cannot put a price on good memories. You will meet so many people and it's easy to fit in here. Ole Miss prepares you so well for the outside world. Many of my sorority sisters got jobs right out of school! Here's a secret ;): There's a lot of SEC fans, especially Ole Miss. My brother's employer is a huge Ole Miss fan, he got a job easy. My sorority sister's boss was an alum, she got a job. Sure a Ivy League would give you more leverage, but Ole Miss fans are everywhere and Rebels stick together (my boss for the summer told me this...an Ole Miss fan). Nothing guarantees you a job, but this place is an amazing school and it has benefitted so many of my sisters and my family members.
