There are dozens of girls who don't get initiated because of grades????? I'm not saying choose a sorority based on when you are initiated, but wow! What fun is it being in a sorority if you can't attend social events? If given the choice between Chi O / DG who initiate in the spring and DDD / KD who initiate in the Fall, It could very well affect my decision! Honestly, it would be a worry! Especially since I've heard that by rush, every girl is stressed out, having to take tests and rush at the same time. I hope I get a bid to a sorority that initiates in the Fall! Why in the world would sororities chose to embarrass their new members like that? Grades are important yes, but so is enjoying your college experience!
