No. You have to pay your dues yourself. Seriously, don't rush if you can't afford it. You'll be taking a girl's spot who can pay the dues and can have the time to be a part of the chapter. I can't tell you how annoying it is to have a lot of girls drop their house because they weren't prepared to pay the dues. I don't mean to sound rude or mean, there are a lot of stuff to do on campus, but don't rush if you can't afford it.
